This microlot reflects the meticulous care of a smallholder farmer dedicated to sustainable practices and producing coffee that captures the essence of its highland origins.

With flavors of raisins, plums, and apple balanced by a base of toffee, malt, and subtle tobacco, this coffee offers a soft body with a mild herbal finish. Its complexity and balance make it an excellent choice for those seeking a standout cup.
