We’re excited to share a new offering: Neleo Guerra’s Washed Process coffee, sourced from the Torrebamba region of Pasco, Perú. This microlot reflects the meticulous care of a smallholder farmer dedicated to sustainable practices and producing coffee that captures the essence of its highland origins.

Tasting Notes
With flavors of raisins, plums, and apple balanced by a base of toffee, malt, and subtle tobacco, this coffee offers a soft body with a mild herbal finish. Its complexity and balance make it an excellent choice for those seeking a standout cup.

Roasting and Brewing Recommendations
To highlight its fruity brightness and rich depth, we recommend roasting this coffee to City or City+. These levels preserve its natural sweetness while enhancing its clean profile.

For brewing, methods like pour-over, espresso, French press, or AeroPress are ideal. Each method brings out different aspects of this coffee’s vibrant flavor.

Sustainable Coffee from Los Nogales
This microlot is grown on Los Nogales, a 4-hectare shade-grown ecological farm at 4,757 feet above sea level. Neleo Guerra’s dedication to environmentally conscious farming ensures that each crop contributes to the health of the land while producing exceptional coffee.

The washed process used for this coffee enhances its clean and vibrant character, a testament to Neleo’s commitment to quality.
